Workshop Description
Having an intact boundary system allows for us to feel a sense of safety, have clarity around what is important to us, to thrive in our life and to allow our needs to be expressed. However when a Boundary Rupture or violation occurs there begins a profound conflict of our whole sense of safety and as a result interpersonal relationships become undermined by the rupture. During this intensive workshop Jeanna will utilize her experience in using Pia Mellody’s PIT model and Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing, a body oriented approach, to work through the collapse, shame, rage and feelings of helplessness that exist as a result of boundary ruptures. As well as allow for our natural defenses and protective barrier to heal and mend.
