Reclaim the Power Within

This group is designed for women that have experienced generational sexual trauma, sexual abuse and/or assault, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation and/or harassment. During this 16 week group, we will learn about trauma responses and how to overcome them in order to live powerful and fulfilling lives. We will utilize experiential and educational processing to reclaim your power and come to your full potential.
