Valuing and creating a Relationship with your self is of upmost importance when we are healing from emotional wounds that tend to resurface in our life and create distress. Whether these wounds develop in childhood or adolescence, adults will have a tendency to continue the distressing pattern. Childhood trauma causes us to adapt and become who we think will please others, creating Codependence and dissatisfaction in relationships. This intensive group is designed to assist members in identifying their wounds, their patterns of distressing behavior, understand Codependency, develop a positive relationship with self and ultimately have fulfilling relationships with others. 5 core areas of relational trauma will be explored and new tools will be shared. This group is for all adults ready to dive into what holds them back and find ways to release from the bonds that have limited your potential.
